In case you missed it, on February 4th the Colorado Supreme Court overturned the bike ban in Black Hawk, Colorado.
Not only is this a great legal victory to preserve the rights of cyclists state-wide, but it has the practical benefit of re-opening the south end of the Peak to Peak scenic byway to cyclists. If you are ever on the front-range it is a great ride!

Fun fact: If you look at the bottom of page 14 of the Supreme Court Ruling (section part II, sec. C, para. 21) you will see the Durango Wheel Club is mentioned as an example of Colorado’s cycling heritage!
