There are 6 Saturday races in the series starting with fan favorite day1-1-6-683x1024Dolores at Joe Rowell Park on Nov 5. The series makes an early visit to the FLC Campus on Nov. 12 and then onto the amazing CX terrain at Parelli Ranch near Pagosa on Nov. 19 for the annual Turkey CX. The Whiskey Run in Aztec on the venerable Williams property with new features every year is on Dec. 3 then the demanding course at Parque Da Vida in Cortez on Dec. 10. The series wraps up with a final race up at Fort Lewis College on Dec. 17 and a series awards party on Dec. 18.
Tell your friends that don’t have CX bikes that 29er MTBs work great for CX and a little skinnier tire even better. CX is fun, right?
Again this year are kids races at select races – keep an eye out for more information, most likely the FLC races but maybe others. There will be categories for 9 and under and 10-14. Mountain bikes are welcome. Riders under 18 are always free!
Wednesday 12noon practices will begin on Wednesday, Oct. 12 and continue through December.
Za Taqueria is the presenting sponsor this year so eat there more than you do already!
