During the cyclocross season every Wednesday at Noon the FLC Cycling Team holds a 30-minute cyclocross race (practice) on various courses on the FLC campus (meet at the FLC Stadium as of 11/15/2017). Dave Hagen invites the community to test themselves against FLC and local racers, it’s great training and race preparation! Be sure to show up a little early to pre-ride the course for the week since the racing starts at 12:00 sharp.

Wednesday CX practices at Smith Fields at FLC are happening through November 8. A map is below. Please stick to the route and DO NOT ride across the playing fields at any time.
The course will stay similar for the 5 weeks but we’ll run it backwards weeks 2 and 4.
The course is only open for group practices at this time, random folks not during that time are OK but afternoons are quite busy with other activities going on. The course crosses the Rim Trail a couple times so keep your head up at crossings. The map shows the route but is not exact. Orange flags right turn, yellow flags left for this week.
