On Saturday 10/12/13 we’ll meet at Santa Rita Park at 11 AM (it is starting to get chilly). The ride is Mayday via Lake Nighthorse and CR 125. If it is too cold for climbing up high we will ride La Posta instead!

Sprint: Welcome to Durango / FLC sign on US 550 on the wide shoulder… DO NOT CROSS THE WHITE LINE!

DIRT ROAD?!: CR 125 is a dirt road in very good shape. Road bikes with deep-dish carbon tubulars will work just fine.
REGROUPS: How ’bout it people? It’s October, let’s regroup after the climb on CR 210 at mile marker 3, at the top of CR 125 and at Mayday!
IMPORTANT: For safety and legal concerns, ALL DWC group rides and races are open to Current DWC members who have signed our Liability Waiver. All members are reminded that we are riding on open roads and you must obey traffic laws at all times. Members are reminded that Colorado Law states we are allowed to ride a MAXIMUM of 2 abreast and only when we are not impeding traffic. When in doubt please ride single file!
